When you want to download some apps or software on your computer, you probably go to Microsoft Store. But sometimes the Store page could not be loaded in Windows 10. So this article would share with you guys several ways to solve this problem.

Method 1:

Try to create a new user account, and log in to the computer with the newly created account to check whether the Microsoft Store is normal.

Method 2:

Press Windows and R keys to quickly open the Run window. Type “ wsreset ” and Press Enter to reset the store.

Method 3:

Press Windows + X key to get this list and choose Windows PowerShell (Admin),  then enter “ netsh Winsock reset” in the pup-up window and make it run.

Method 4:

You can also type this code in Administer: Windows PowerShell box.

DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth

DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
