In the process of making templates with MS PPT, we may not be satisfied with the final effect, using the shortcuts [Ctrl] + [Z] to undo the action is a common method. Do you know the maximum number of undo is 20 in PowerPoint? This limitation might not meet the actual requirements, but you could increase default parameters by following the below steps.
1. Click File at top left.
2. Click Options in left pane.
3. The PowerPoint Options dialog box will display, go to
Advanced tab.
4. Find Editing options group and enter the number you prefer in the box of Maximum number of undo. Here I change the number from 20 to 50 as an example.
