If there are a lot of slides in your PowerPoint document, and you want to return to the original slide quickly, then why not make a home button in the last slide? Without any complicated operation, just simply click the button and you could go back to the very first slide. It is very useful especially when you go through the entire ppt.

1. Insert a textbox in the last slide of your document and enter Home in it.

2. Right–click and select Hyperlink in the popup window.

3. The Insert Hyperlink dialog box will display. Go to Place in This Document tab and select First Slide in the right pane. Simply hit OK at the bottom.
