When working with Word, you might start out with just the framework for the document, the rest of the details will take time to fill in. After all the headlines have been finished, copying them one by one onto each page could be very inconvenient. Here I’d like to give a simple guide of how to split headlines into multiple pages quickly.

First, select all headlines in your documeGo to Home tab, click the arrow in the Paragraph group, the Paragraph dialog box appears.

Next, go to Line and Page Breaks tab, check the box of Page break before, and hit OK.

Now you can see the headlines you selected have been split into multiple pages as below.
