We have talked about many tips of Microsoft Word and Excel in the previous tutorial. Today, the author would share with you guys some useful tips in PowerPoint. Let’s get start.
1. How to Quickly Split the Text Box.
I guess your first reaction is to copy and paste the text into a new text box. That’s really a bad choice. Actually, you can just hold down the left mouse button and drag the text to another position. The text box will naturally split into two parts.
2. Set Default Text Box
Most PowerPoint slides have a unified style, such as similar background images, same title font style. Someone will insert Text Box first and type words, then adjust the text style.
Oh, actually Format Painter is also a good choice. But I think set default text box will be more convenient. Right-click the text box and go to Set as Default Text Box. Now you will get the same style font in every inserted text box.
3. Quickly Replace All Fonts in PPT
If you have finished all the slides in PPT, but you seem a little dissatisfied with the font. Do you want to change this one by one? I really don’t know how long it will take you. You can easily replace this with one click.
4. Quickly Center the Shapes on the Slide
Centering shapes is very important when doing PPT, and it’s also one of the common operations. But in the process, I find that many people are still manually centering or using reference lines. If the result is not crooked, it will take a lot of time. Here is a simple way to quickly center the graphics on the page.
After you inserted a shape, go to Format and click on Align Center and Align Middle.
